ANTI-CORROSION AND ANTI-SCALE CHEMICALS FOR FEED WATER

FINEAMIN 90

Polyamines-based film-forming corrosion and scale inhibitor for high pressure boilers and closed water systems fed with demineralised water
Product description

FINEAMIN 90  is a mixture of volatile, alkalizing & film-forming polyamines, used as a corrosion inhibitor for HP boilers feed water conditioning.

FINEAMIN 90 is a corrosion and scale inhibitor used for high pressure boilers feed water treatment, boilers widely found in power generation industry, inside thermal power plants. FINEAMIN 90 can be used for boiler brands like Benson, Babcock and Wilcox, being OEM compliant for operating pressures up to 220 bar and temperatures up to 540°C.  For detailed information on FINEAMIN 90 mode of action, please read:

The product comes as an “all-in-one”, ready-to-use organic liquid. Its unique formula, consisting mostly of surface-active polyamines, enhances the formation of a micromolecular barrier between water and pipes, inside the steam generating plants, isolating metal parts from residual oxygen and scale. FINEAMIN 90 protects the whole water-steam cycle, due to its volatile amines content that travel along the system.

The polyamines-based product is NSF-certified film-forming corrosion inhibitor and can be used also, without problems, in water treatment for any food processing facilities.

FINEAMIN 90 as been independently tested and confirmed as ecologically and toxicologically harmless by medical and hygiene institutes. Furthermore, it is 70% bio-degradable.
Packaging

FINEAMIN 90 is delivered as a ready-to-use liquid mixture in drums of 30kg, 60kg or 210kg. For major customers, it is available in standard containers of 1000kg. In closed drums, with an ambient temperatures from 5°C to 45°C, the shell life is 5 years.
